Leading French bakery manufacturer Bridor has added a series of Intense Flavour Macarons to its Delights range, which features six new flavors for food service providers to choose from. Manufactured to combine the traditional aspects of French pâtisserie with modern and vibrant flavors, the Intense Flavour Macarons are ideal for caterers looking to enhance buffets, cater to events and amplify dessert offerings.
Characterized by their crispy outer shell and soft inside, Bridor’s macarons are made with French meringue and almond powder obtained from perfectly peeled and finely ground almonds. According to baking exhibition, using only natural colourings, the delicate shells encase a soft center of either whipped ganache or fruit purée, which harmonize with the rich almond flavor of the product.
Commenting on the new Intense Flavour Macarons, Erwan Inizan, UK Sales Director at Bridor, said: “With our latest research indicating that macarons are a much-loved delicacy across Europe, we are proud to have developed the range to enhance our customer’s offerings. The unique, intense flavors of the new macarons will impress diners and reflect our dedication to showcasing the bakery cultures of the world.”
Combining distinct flavors and bold colors, the extensive range is available in Lemon-Lime, Morello Cherry, Pineapple & Coconut, Apple & Cinnamon, Vanilla & Yuzu and Chocolate & Fleur de sel.
